What this site collects
If you sign in, Google provides your account so we can recognize you. We store your email (for administration), a public display name (your Google name unless you change it), comments you post, and any reactions you add to an essay.
Comments may be held for approval, published, or removed by moderators. Display names appear next to comments; email addresses are not shown on the public site.
What this is not
This page is not legal advice and is not the project’s final privacy statement. Analytics, newsletters, and a custom domain are not part of this prototype’s data practices yet.
